Data Entry Specialist [United States]


 

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to take your data entry skills to the next level in a fast-paced, remote environment. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for entering customer information into our databases accurately and quickly. You'll be working directly with our customer service department to ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate. You'll be expected to use your eye for detail to ensure that no mistakes are made in the data entry process. We offer a competitive hourly rate and an engaging remote work environment. Compensation:

$35 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update customer and client data in the company database.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness following established processes and procedures.
  • Present data for review to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor data and update databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and document specific data entry routines, and assist in developing strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data entry operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ months of experience in data entry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and other data entry software
  • Ability to work independently and remain organized
  • Time Zone North America, US Work Authorization, and Driver's License
