As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs that help our employees developing new skills, knowledge, and competencies.
You will help to develop training materials and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
You also have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, and management, to ensure that training programs meet the needs of our organization and our employees.
Overall, your internship in Learning & Development will provide you with valuable experience in a critical area of organizational development. You will learn about the latest trends and best practices in L&D, gain experience working in a team environment, and develop skills that will be valuable throughout your career.
Main responsibilities
Analytics & metrics
- Supports in analysing the data from our Learning platform to gain insights about our progress in learning culture & learning behaviour of employees.
- Complements existing data with quantitative & qualitative assessments for our programs to understand our Learning & Development effectiveness.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Project & change management
- Supporting learners and content experts in navigating and using the new learning platform.
- Preparing educational materials such as learning modules, summaries, videos, tests online webinars.
- Contributing to the design of a change management plan for the skills development of the inflow side of the organization.
Procurement
Supports with creating an inventory / catalogue of viable suppliers for team-building activities & key skills that need to be developed within the organization.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Master's student with a background in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, and/or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Data driven and advanced Excel skills.
- Able to work independently, structured, attention to detail, and proactive.
- Hands-on mentality, interest in start-up environment, team player, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Fluent in English.

Additional information
Starting date preferably per July 2023 for a period of 4-6 months.
You will receive an internship allowance amounting to € 330 gross per month on the basis of 40 hours per week (Dutch standard internship allowance). In case the number of hours is less, the allowance will be calculated pro rata. In case you do not have a public transport (OV) subscription, Oikocredit will reimburse travel expenses on the base of second-class public transport.
