Job description Personal Lines Team Member

  • Manage Client Booking handling Renewals, New Business, MTA’s, and Queries in relation to Personal lines products including Motor, Household, Legal Expenses and Travel.
  • Ensure premium collection is in line with Dolmen guideline

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Secure Renewal retention for all classes of business as per guidelines
  • Sell products to new customers
  • Cross sell/Up sell products to Client Book as appropriate
  • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service
  • Operate Relay system proficiently
  • Manage Aged Debt and deal with Account queries efficiently
  • Effectively communicate with Clients and Product Providers to foster relationships
  • Adhere to all Company procedures and Central Bank Regulations e.g. Cash handling, Cancellation/Lapses, Premium Rebates, Complaints etc
  • Complete all general office duties e.g. Scanning, Filing etc
  • Adhere to all Company procedures and Central Bank Regulations e.g. Cash handling, Cancellation/Lapses, Premium Rebates, Complaints etc
  • Any other duties that may be allocated to you from time to time.

Qualifications

CIP/APA Personal/Commercial or Grandfathered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €35,000.00 per year
