POSITION SUMMARY
This purpose of this role is to oversee all People Team lifecycle transactional activity and provide a best-in-class employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for all People lifecycle transactional activity including (but not limited to) onboarding, off boarding, job data changes,
employment verification requests, benefits enrollment, modification and cancellation - Maintain data in all HR platforms for all lifecycle activity
- Provide administration support for cyclical events such as audits, surveys, merit increase, and bonus events
- Oversee ticket management for your region and provide satisfactory resolution according to the SLA
- Provide support on transactional activity as per process SOP and ensure proper completion
- Escalate any subject matter enquiries to the relevant teams i.e. Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition etc
- Escalate any request for changes to process, content, templates and policies to the People Services Excellence Team to oversee a review of the request
- Track frequently asked questions through to the content bank to build a knowledge base across the team
- Make suggestions for process and content improvement to the People Services Excellence Team
- Maintain a strong focus on customer/stakeholder service delivery, ensuring a best in class internal employee experience
- Ensure all employee documentation is stored solely on ADP (with the exception of where legal requirements in country dictate this must be stored in an alternative repository)
- Ensure eligibility to work data is accurately recorded as per country legal requirements
- Ensure all activity is tracked in the case management system and all events related to the case are logged
- Ensure and maintain 100% data accuracy
- Ensure all cases are responded to within required SLA
- Ensure all requests for changes to process, content, templates etc are escalated to the correct team members
- Own the ticket/case throughout and ensure the requestor does not have visibility of any investigation, research or query occurring behind the scenes
- Ensure all data handled complies with country specific data protection regulations
- Ensure all transactional activity goes through the peer check process
- Ensure continuity of service in the absence of colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Human Resources or other similar subjects
- Previous HR Operational/Shared Services experience
- Previous experience utilizing an HRIS, ATS and case management system
- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally have previous experience of working remotely and working in a remote teams
