Job description:
- To assist in the retail store (offline and online sale) with day-to-day operation including stock planning, identifying merchandise range expansion, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the retail store.
- Sales driven position and ensure monthly sale target given is achieved.
- To grasp every possible walk-in and online sales opportunity.
- To provide consultation to customers and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
- To handle customer service - enquiry, complaints, and service required.
- To ensure good housekeeping/ cleanliness / tidiness and effective display of merchandise in outlet.
- To consistently improve staffs knowledge of products and job to ensure the work performance is maintained.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
