Job description:

  • To assist in the retail store (offline and online sale) with day-to-day operation including stock planning, identifying merchandise range expansion, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the retail store.
  • Sales driven position and ensure monthly sale target given is achieved.

  • To grasp every possible walk-in and online sales opportunity.
  • To provide consultation to customers and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience with us.
  • To handle customer service - enquiry, complaints, and service required.
  • To ensure good housekeeping/ cleanliness / tidiness and effective display of merchandise in outlet.
  • To consistently improve staffs knowledge of products and job to ensure the work performance is maintained.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
