We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supply ChainManager to oversee and manage all activities within the Supply Chaindepartment, including Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient andeffective flow of goods and materials throughout our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage optimization, and ensuring accurate stock levels. Implement best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Logistics: Coordinate transportation activities, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery, to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the supply chain team, providing support, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid passport with at least 1 year of expiry.
