We are looking for an experienced, strong, robust Legal Personal Assistant who will thrive in a busy fast-paced role.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for complex diary and email management as well as managing confidential documentation across the CMS network. You will be expected to build relationships with internal and external clients and handle all issues in a professional and calm manner.

Other tasks will include, but are not limited to;

Supporting multiple lawyers and partners in Kyiv office
Managing multiple calendars, circulating agendas in advance; carrying out research as may be required
Booking attendance at conferences/seminars (internal and external) (including national and international travel) and organizing trip itineraries and logistics
Preparing agendas, presentations and meetings papers specific to allocated partners/fee-earners
Managing, allocating and recording receipts
Providing assistance to the Business Development team as required, to include helping produce tenders, credential sheets, events, pitches etc as well as marketing events
Dealing (saving, sending, including styling) with various documents coming from your work providers

About you

As a Legal PA joining a large international firm you will have substantial experience in working within a busy corporate environment, preferably a law firm. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt your communication style whether it is to support clients or your team members.

You will be flexible and adaptable with a good aptitude for using your initiative but also a team player who goes above and beyond. Someone who is comfortable in a busy role but confident to delegate to juniors and supporting teams, ensuring you are working as effectively as possible for the work providers you are supporting.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and enthusiastic individual with a high level of technical expertise and strong business English level and excellent knowledge of Ukrainian is also required. Someone who can remain calm under pressure and is able to manage and prioritize competing demands accordingly.

We will consider candidates who:
Graduated with Bachelors/Specialist or Master’s degrees from a reputable University in Ukraine;
With at least 1-2 years of experience in an international company/institution;
With fluent English and Ukrainian.
