Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Principal Cloud Architect to join our team and drive the design and implementation of cloud solutions leveraging the Microsoft Azure platform. As an Azure Principal Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, architectural leadership, and technical expertise to shape and deliver innovative cloud solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Azure services, strong architectural skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define the cloud architecture vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using Azure services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the cloud architecture team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Evaluate emerging Azure technologies and assess their potential business value.
- Assist in the implementation and migration of applications and infrastructure to Azure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on the Azure platform.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Proficiency in cloud architecture patterns, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with Azure migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
