Job Title: Senior C&Q Process Engineer
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)

Job Description
The Galderma growth journey continues and we are now restructuring our organization for an expanding portfolio. One part of the transformation is to strengthen the Project Engineering team with a leadership role within Commissioning and Qualification.

In this role your focus will be to define strategies and drive coordination of key deliverables within the C&Q framework. As a project team member, often working in close collaboration with external parties, you seek efficient and pragmatic solutions for the business based on your understanding of regulatory requirements and Engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define C&Q strategies to meet project deliverables. Lead activities within defined strategy and support internal/external stakeholders accordingly throughout the C&Q lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to C&Q processes.
• Provide support during audits and submission reviews by regulatory bodies on performed validations/qualifications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Several years of documented experience in Commissioning and Qualification, in a cross-functional Life Science setting.
• Proficient in relevant Engineering standards and guidelines (e.g., ISPE, ICH, ISO13485).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Project Management skills or similar are meriting.
