Your tasks
- You evaluate, monitor and control IT services provided to our end users while meeting regulatory, HSE and legal obligations
- You analyse user needs and requirements in order to develop effective internal control processes
- You proactively develop required controls to be as autonomous as possible
- You ensure that quality and control service standards are in place before service Go-Live
- You create, manage and promote agreed governance rules for all implemented controls and processes
- You follow-up and align accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- You request feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met overtime and adapt controls and reporting accordingly
- You submit detailed internal control reporting to appropriate executives and IT management and present regular analysis to all relevant stakeholders
- You are constantly on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and to develop new efficient procedures
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in IT or have an equivalent experience (CA1)
- You ideally have a first experience with IT audit or Quality Management
- The knowledge of CIS control framework and/or a Scripting language (e.g. powershell) is considered as an advantage
- You have strong and demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
- You are proactive, curious, solution-oriented and collaborate well with others
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
