ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE Location : Damansara Damai Salary Range : RM1500-RM2000 Responsibilities: · Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible · Manage import / export document · Manage claim · Manage HR and Attendance · Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues · issue invoices, P.O./D.O. · Assist in office management and organization procedures · Perform other office duties as assigned Attitude · Excellent communication skills · Organizational · Multi-tasking abilities Requirements: · Diploma/SPM holder in any field or equivalent. · Those with working experience as admin preferred · Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. · Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position · Familiarity with office procedures, MS Excel and basic accounting principles, whatapps apps- We are a cleaning & recycle company -Provide job to those need -We welcome single mom to join us
