HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance to the COO and the BODs extensively on all HR Matters;

2. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluation.

3. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Oversee the daily workflow of the department.

4. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

5. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

6. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees;

7. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in accordance with the Company policy;

8. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;

9. Create, revise and execute HR Process Flows;

10. Ensure appropriate internal controls, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll processes and management;

11. Support internal and external audits ensuring deadlines are met and requests are responded timely and accurately.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree and or Masters in Human Resources Management;

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field;

3. Able to use payroll software such as INFOTECH and SQL but not limited to;

4. Well versed and strong understanding of Employment Act, 1955 and Industrial Relations

Act, 1967;

5. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;

7. Professional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels;

8. Ability to work independently and yet be a team player;

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

10. Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.

11. Able to start IMMEDIATELY is an added advantage;

12. Work location is in Puchong, Selangor.
